The 2nd International Conference on Optics and Computer Vision (ICOCV 2027) will take place in Hong Kong from January 22–24, 2027. Building on the success of the inaugural event, ICOCV 2027 will continue to serve as a premier platform for advancing cutting-edge research and innovative developments at the intersection of optics and computer vision.
We warmly invite researchers, academics, and industry professionals to submit papers that present original research findings, case studies, comprehensive reviews, and practical insights showcasing significant progress in these interdisciplinary domains.
Driven by rapid technological innovation and the growing demand for advanced imaging and visual recognition systems, the fields of optics and computer vision are evolving at an unprecedented pace. ICOCV 2027 aims to foster meaningful discussions on the latest theoretical breakthroughs, emerging trends, and practical applications, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange among global experts.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by at least 2 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be published by Top Publishing House.
(1) Paper Submission Deadline: November 30, 2026
(2) Original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered;
(3) Submitted papers should be written in the English Only, with a minimum length limit of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices;
(4) Full text prohibit sensitive, vulgar words;
(5) CrossCheck/Turnitin repetition rate should be less than 18%, otherwise it will be rejected directly;
(6) Submitted papers should be clear and legible, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.
